Dwarf Platy Had Fry Earlier Today

It was a total surprise I didnt even think she was going to have fry. I got about 21 fry and put them in a small tank with a few rocks for them to hide under and I put an airstone in there. I am feed every couple of hours or so. Is there anything else I need to do? They dont really swim alot is that normal even though they were born about 7 hours ago?

Ok thanks . The water is a little cloudy. I changes it twice yesterday, and once today, I am taking the water out of the tank they were born in and puttine it in the smaller tank they are in, but it is still a little cloudy. What is the proper way to change the water?
Oh and all the fry are still alive.

ok the water should become clear in time as you keep doin the water changes
has the tank you put the babies in been cycled?

not really, I used the water from the tank they were born in.

do you have a filter in the tank?

I have an airstone, but that only gives them air. I dont have a filter in there now because I just dont want the it to stress them out.

A sponge filter would be grand in there with them

Ok I will have to go pick one up. but when I am chaning the water I should just take it out of the tank they were born in right? Or should I do something different.

no dont take it out of the tank they were born in just use tap water but make sure to use water conditioner
