Dwarf Grass

Im after a dwarf grass like plant which will go in the foreground of my tank but i havent a clue what i should be looking for could some one name a few. Ive a t5 bulb, tetratec substrate and will be adding liquid ferts to the water if this helps with my plant choice.

Dwarf hair grass is one, easy to grow, hard to get as a lush carpet without am high tech though.
Java moss is used often as a carpet plant, search "java moss carpet" to see what I mean, it's not really grassy but it is bushy and furry. Java moss it tied to something then it will thicken out so you dont just put it on the substrate.
