Dwarf blue and dwarf red gouramis are the same species (Colisa lalia), only different colours. Gouramis are territorial, and I see from your signature that you are thinking of making a species tank (at least that is what it looks like). As these fish are territorial you should make sure you have enough space for each one (especially males). You do not mention how big your tank is, but you should count on around 6 gallons/fish. Try to get a ratio of 1 males to 2 females.
Furthermore I would put these gouramis only together with pearl gouramis, as dwarf gouramis are prone to diseases causes by stress. Several other gourami types are very agressive, and this could cause diseases. If you read other threads in this section about dwarf gouramis you can see that several people (including me) have had problems, and there is mostly no cure. This can also happen when you put too many in a tank. I had 3, and the lowest one in the picking hierarchy got the sickness.
