Dwarf gouramis want to mate...

I've been trying to breed betta and so took my eyes off my community tank for a few days. My lovely male dwarf gourami has built a huge bubble nest, complete with foliage stolen from my moss balls. It's so big it's lifted the leaf that it's built under out of the water.
My female gourami has nosed him a few times and he's chasing her away from his nest - this is very familiar from the early stages of the betta breeding that I've been doing. Her colour has even changed.
So it looks like I might have a breeding pair and that there might be eggs in the nest by tomorrow morning.
My problem is that, also in the tank, I have a female betta who will only eat meat, and 3 mollies who eat absolutely anything.
Shall I let nature take its course if any gourami fry appear? Or is it quite a precious thing and should I try and save some of the fry? I could put them in the tank with my 2 week old (would be 3 week by then) betta babies? What would you do?

don't mix baby fish coz the big ones eat the little ones.

what sort of gouramis? pictures?
if you have a healthy pr of gouramis that don't have the iridovirus, they are worth breeding.
