Are you planning on breeding ?
 
I don't have a tank for breeding, altho that could soon be fixed ;) What worries me more about breeding is what do you do with the babies? I've always assumed it'd be hard to home them.
 
That is so cool! I wish My gourmis would stop trying to mate with the glass, and mate with one of the other gourmis! :lol:

I really would not have thought so -_- You could always advertise them on here, or see if a lfs will buy them from you - or give you some credit towards goods you buy from them :dunno:
 
I don't think the Vallis was meant - but rather the small grassy bits that seem to form part of the bubble nest.

oh lol! Sorry. If you mean the stuff he made the nest out of...mainly he's used algae (the green hair type) and just bits of dead leaves. I think theres a bit of dead brown vallis in there and maybe some bits of hair grass that I had trimmed but not scooped out.

It's very clever stuff. Well done gourami :) It's really solid too (couldn't resist a little poke yesterday when he wasn't looking)
