My dwarf gourami has a tiny little bump on his side. It looks just like someone has the head of a straightpin pushing it against his skin from inside. He's eating fine and acting normal, so I don't know if I should worry or not. It just came up yesterday afternoon.
My water stats are:
ammo 0, nitrite 0, nitrates 10, ph 6.8, temp 78.
The bump is right above his side fin in the picture.

Hmmm I haven't heard of this but go to you local fish store and show them the pic and ask them what to do..How is he doing now?

He's doing just fine... eating a lot, swimming a lot. Just being his self.
I'll just watch him close and see if anything changes. If my printer worked right now I'd print it off and take it in, but it's not.
Thanks!

Edit: It does look like a tiny one of the bumps on the first fish, maybe that's what it is. I guess the same thing applies if it is that... just watching to see if it spreads/grows and makes any other symptoms. I hate that these fish seem to be riddled with problems. My first dwarf gourami died from an infection just a couple of days after I got him, and now this. At least I know it isn't the water... all the stats are perfect. Well, thanks for the help! I hope he makes it.
