Dwarf Gourami

My dwarf gourami hasstarted to developwhat started looking like white sores and now look like like holes in its body. It is also behaving a little eradicaly. All the other fish are fine and the water stats are normal. Any help would be appreciated.

Can we take a look at your stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size tank is it in gallons or litres, plus full stock list of fish how many and which type.
Gouramis are very prone to bacterial infections, but usually they start of as red sores then develope in to open wounds if they are not treated.

I don't know the stats right now but last time I checked the everything a few days ago the colors were all ok.

I would do an immediate water change, and get your water tested, i would get going on a bacterial med, good luck.
