I have had my Gourami for around 7 weeks, he is perfectly fine, but today i noticed he has a little pink thing on his face, it doesnt look like white spot, i was wondering what this is? Its just beneath his eye, the water stats are fine, and i regularly change the water, Its appeared all of a sudden..

Your description could incorporate a wide range of things. Because I've injured my hand and can't realy type a lot right now (I'm typing with just one hand and it's rather time-consuming so detailed descriptions are not realy something I can offer), take a look at this site: http://www.fishpalace.org/Disease.html See if any of the pictures look like what your fish has. Most possibilities can be treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics but try to identify exactly what it is first to be sure.

Thanx thats a great link, but i still cant find anything that matches what mine looks like, its actually on his chin, and looks like a bit of dinner, from when he didnt wipe his mouth after lunch lol :D , so im not sure what it is, i will keep my eye on it.. ;)

Does it look 'stringy' like a worm - or more cyst-like? It may be an anchor worm. There was a thread about them on here a while ago so do a search of this gourami section if that's of any relevance.
