Dwarf Gourami With Puffed Eye?

my male dwarf gourami ive had for a year now has one eye puffed out like 3 times more then the other. The coloration, etc.. of the eye seems perfectly normal and same as other eye... is it something to worry about? or what is it?

Sounds like possible popeye. Take a look at the article above, see if any of the pictures or descriptions sound like what he may have.

Also is there anything sharp in your tank that could have posed a problem possibly?
