Dwarf Gourami Problem

Can any one help me as my male Dwarf Gourami seems in a bad way.

He has got this white thing growing out of his head, a few scales seem to have fallen off. The tank has been through a bad strain of ich, although i dont think this is ich. Water quality is good 0,0,5.

Any takers

Does it have a red centre or red cirling around it.
Does it look fluffy.

For now i would treat it as bacterial as gouramis are prone to bacteria infections, can you issolate the fish.

Not currentley i only have my main 70Gal, i'm looking to get a hopitial tank soon as medicating the 70gal is getting expensive.

Can you surgest a med ??
