Dwarf Gourami Problem

Hi

My Female Dwarf Gourami has become very bloated.
She has no signs of dropsy, she is pooping but only a little and she is swimming well.
Her vent is open so I was wondering if it could be eggs.

The male does pick on her a bit (but I have brought some more females, now in quarantine)

Please help as I don’t want her to die
