One of my two dwarf gourami's has just been lying on the bottom of the tank slightly to it's side for a few days now. If the other one comes up to it they do both move around a bit and I have seen him swimming around on occasion but for the majority of the time he's just lying there.
I'm worried that it possibly stemmed from me over feeding them once, I've heard that if they're bloated possibly feeding them peas?!

hi, is he eating?
what are your water stats?
is he gasping/breathing alot?
what are the other tankmates?
Lloyd

We need more info on size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish.

Does the fish look bloated.
Is he trying to get off the bottom of the tank only to fall back down again.
Does he look pale or darker in colour.
Any red streaking, or red sores, bleeding beneath the skin on the fish body.
What colour is his waste when he goes to the toilet.

Tank is a Fluval edge (23l) but I have a Vision 180 as well with two Blue acara's in (could possibly move him if theyre compatible?) and tankmates are only 4 tiny killifish and the other dwarf gourami.
All the water quality is fine, just checked it all, and he doesnt seem to have lost any colour, no gasping for air.
Basically looks exactly the same as day 1 but now he's lying on his side on the bottom of the tank. All the other fish are perfectly fine and happy.
One observation you said to look out for though is he does seem to sink quite easily.

Just been reading, could it be due to swimbladder disease? if so how do I treat it?!

I would treat him with a bacterial med.

Signs of swim bladder are.
The fish will be unable to maintain balance in the water.
Headstanding, or looks like tail is weighing the fish down in the water.
Spinning, barrel rolling, turn upside down, darting.
