Dwarf gourami cut his lip?

Hi all

One of my dwarf gouramis looks like he has cut/ slip his lip?

where hes cut it, his lip is going white...

hes been like it for a few of days and looks like it hasnt got any better.

Could it be an illness or has he just cut it? will he be ok?

You need to tell us more about your situation like how long your tank has been set up, fish stocking and how many gallons it holds- do you have any recent test results for ammonia, nitrates and nitrites?
The fish does sound like he has mouth rot/fungus though, but a clearer picture of your situation would be better for more accurate diagnosis and advise on treatments
