Hi, here are the details, hope you can help me...

1. Water parameters.
ammonia 0, nitrate 0-5.0, nitrite 0, PH 7.6, temp 25.5. Parameters taken with API Master Test Kit.
2. A full description of the fishes symptoms.
I have a blue dwarf gourami that has started either floating on the surface sideways or lying at the bottom of the tank sideways. His poo is also long white and stringy. At feeding time he swims and eats normally. I have not noticed any problems with any of the other fish.
3. How often you do water changes and how much. Normally 20% every 1-2 weeks. Over past few days been changing 15% every day because of gourami problem
4. Any chemicals and treatments you add to the water.
Only NutraFin AquaPlus to remove cholrine in water changes
5. What tank mates are in the tank.
corydoras, neon tetras, honey gouramis, shrimps, snails
6. Tank size.
65 litres (had tank about 18 months and is fully cycled). Run with external filter.
7. Finally Have you recently added any new fish?
added a dwarf frog about 6 weeks ago but it died (don't know why)

Is the fish bloated.
It sounds like a bacterial infection, swim bladder.

Long stringy white poo can be constipation, bacterial infection, internal parasites.

What do you feed the fish?
Are scales sticking out?
Is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed?
