Dwarf Gourami Bulging Eye?

Hi, I have got 3 male dwarf gouramis (2blue and 1 red) in my community tank with a lot of other peaceful, mostly schooling small fish. I thought these would be ok together because there was 3 males and no females so fighting/aggression would be spread equally. However I have noticed that the middle sized fish (blue) has got a lot of damage to his fins on his underneath. His eye is also bulging out of his head for some reason. I have put him in a hatchery in the same tank for now but has anyone got any idea what this is? Thx in advance Vinny.

how big is the tank?

Male gouramis tend to be kind of agressive to their counterparts. I keep two honey gouramis in a 20 gallon and they don't fight but tey do defend their terroitory against each other.

is the tank cycled? A bulging eye like that seems to be to a beat up fish and/or poor water conditions

The tank has been running for about 3 months, fully cycled etc... It is about 25gal I think I havent worked it out properly yet but that is about right.
