Dwarf Gourami And A Bolivian Ram

just wanted to know if i could get a dwarf gourami and a bolivian ram and put them in a community tank together with no problems

I have 6 bolivians in with a single male DG. They barely interact - the BRs staying in the bottom 1/3 of the tank and the DG in the top 1/3. The DG only seems to pick on my angels when it's feeding time.

How big is your tank?

20 gallon long

i'd say it would be fine for one of each in there (as long as it doesn't make you overstocked with whatever else you have).

no im getting rid of my pleco because it will get to big also because he just poops to much as i have sand right now i have 10 cory cats 4 neon tetra and the pleco who i will be givng to someone...does this sound overstocked cause if not then i wont get the dwarf gourami and the bolivian because i dont want to kill any of my fish

in a 20gal sounds fine to me.

Ideally you'd have more neons, but know that you've lost a few from your other posts. Maybe consider upping them to 8 and you'd still be fine for a tank your size.

Not sure if they would react the same, but I have a male dg & DID have two beautiful rams (male and female). Basically it was hell in my tank & I had to get rid of the rams. The dg would attack the rams & the rams would attack the dg.
