I just encountered my ghost shrimp shed his skin and maybe 1 minute later my dwarf frog came and ate most of the exoskeleton. Is this okay? Or will it harm my frog?

I wouldn't have thought it would hurt the frog. It's only a very thin layer of shell, it will probably just break down in his stomach and give him some nutrients.

They eat it for the calcium, when dwarf frogs shed their own skin they often eat it as well :)

Never ran into this before, I hope your frog will be alright. I have ghost shrimp too, how long has the dwarf frog lived with them? I never thought about having a dwarf frog with my ghost shrimp.

It’s been close to two weeks now and I’ve had no issues my frog is fat and healthy but this is the first time I witnessed him eat the shrimps exo

Frogs will eat just about anything that resembles food. Shrimp exo-skeleton is simply shell without much mineral or nutrients but it is no different to them eating the whole shrimp that is still alive. It just doesn't have as much nutritional value as the whole shrimp.
