Dwarf Blue Gourami

Hi guys im realativly new at gouramis ive had mine about a week and my male has suddenly gone funny today just sitting at the bottom of the tank he is going up to get air but not food

And i think he has made a bubble nest/ attempted as there are a group of bubbles along tge rim of the water could he be tired from trying tu build this???

Water lvls
Ammonia and nitrites 0
Nirtates under 10ppm

He has been eating very well untill to day hes eaten flake food frozen blood worm(for the adf) and algae wafers forthe bn

Also the female keep chasing him a little and nipping he gently

Help would be great

I've had a lot of expirience with dwarf gouramis and that is definatly not normal. The nipping however is. I have dwarf gouramis in a tank together and the one of the females is domonant! Even over other species! She bullied my panchax. And manages to annoy both my males. However treats my bumblebee goby like a guardian angel. I don't know what's wrong with him considering mine always suff their guts like a Molly at feeding time.But I do know he is sick. Best to do some serious research on what's wrong.
