its been about 3 months and my first fry batch is still TINY i cant believe they have almost no growth, must have been drawf male, the newer batch of fry is almost larger thanthey are!, but they got out of the beeding box and caused me hell to get them back loosing 5 of them to the fish in the tank!, there was some bacterial in the box but i cut my losses and used anti bacterial(sucked for the babies but they are mainly better now) they are being fed off of crushed flakes and nothing more

Well the diet should be mainly live food for the fry 3 times a day, with flake once a day. Well that's a rough idea of my feeding routine.

Also could be from the cramped box conditions they lived in.

i just put a large amount of crushed flakes(not HUGE) into the box they seem to feed whenever they want

Are they being kept in one of those tiny floating net/boxes that float in the main tank? That would be the reason that the fry haven't grown, those breeder boxes stunt the growth of fish. It would be like raising your baby in the closet. Not exactly the best conditions for growth. They won't grow properly until they are in a tank not a box.
