Dwarf African Frog Male or Female?

Is there any way to tell a male African Frog from a female? I currently have two small Dwarf African Frogs in my 29 gallon tank and wasn't sure if they were male or female. They still don't have names becuase I wanted to find out if there was any way to distinguish their genders. Any advice?

As far as I've read the males have a mark just behind their front arms. I think it's a reddish color?!

Male dwarf frogs when they are mature get a pimple like bump in their little armpits that you'll be able to see.

Aren't frogs transgender? Like in Jurrasic Park, when the male frog DNA mutated into female?
