Well started my tank wrong, oops, but its been going ok.
Anyway, ammonia was really high, nitrite was high and nitrate, well, couldnt get a reading (couldnt work out why though)
So today i relised i've been using two no.2 tablets instead of a number 1 and 2.
Found out nitrate is well high as well (red)
So, they've been living in high ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, hoooooooooooooow?!?!?!?!
I had been using ammo lock to help with ammonia, which now is down to zero, (yellow), nitrite is coming down now.
Tested my tap water and the nitrate is really high, now that im using the right tablets!!!!!! thought it was fine. So ill have to get some nitrasafe to sort that out.

How high were your ammonia and nitrites?

Nitrites go up when ammonia goes down so I doubt you had both of them spike at the same time...

I had high nitrites, high ammonnia and high nitrates.
Its sorting itself out now slowly.
