I'm not so sure it's dropsey. Are you sure he's not just constipated? Is he eating? Is he pooping? Try giving him some peas. When my fish had dropsey they acted sluggish. He seems to swim just fine.

he eats well like normal swimms well and i sow him taking a pretty big sh*t today.... the first day i sow him i was thinking maybe i am over feeding him?? but the 2 guppies always get the same amount of food ( i don't feed that much and i only feed once a day and every 3rd day i give them a algea wafer for my pleco ) and i skipped feeding every second day for a few days now but he is not getting any better but he really does not look any fatter

any ideas?

Ps: did the water test like 5 mins ago and everything is the way it should be

guys can u chech out this vid ? don't mind the food bit but have any of you used that treatment before? is it any good?

colleen0309 makes a good point and the fish seems to be swimming fine in your video.
With dropsy/swim bladder disorder the fish will be very sluggish and really big. Like fluttermouth described, the scales will stick out and look similar to a pine cone.
The meds on your video are what i used for dropsy.
You could wait and try the boiled peas with the shell removed first.
The only other scenario is that it is a pregnant female.

If the anal fin is triangular/fan shaped then it is a female.
The topic below by OM47 explains it nicely.
