Dropsy In My Dwarf Gourami

My Darwf Gourami has dropsy i think. His scales are protruding out and his belly is swollen, he become timid and not eating and seems scared of me. He used to always come to the front of the glass when i come into the room, but now hes not interested. His poo is also long and stringy with clear sections more than brown poo. His belly is going brown also even though hes blue in colour. Can anyone help or is it to late?

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Once scales stock out organ failure, fish rarely make it once scales stick out.
Epson salt baths to help draw the fluids out, bacterial med if you can issolate.

Long stringy white poo can be constipation, bacterial infections, to internal parasites.
Brown patches can be columnaris, to velvet.
Does the brown patches look fluffy in appearance.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.

I have a Roma 90L tank and a 30L Hospital/Breeding tank

The fish i have are in my Signature

Amonnia is 0ppm

Nitrite is 0ppm

Nitrate is 5.0ppm

PH 7.6 - 8.0

The brown patches don't look fluffy and hes not rubbing or flicking hes just lifeless and scared so hides behind plants now.

If i add Epson Salts how much do i add and this would go into my 30L Hospital tank with the Gourami

Is there any length of time before i should notice any changes in him? The swelling went down but theres still quite a bit there, shall i do the salt bath again? It was 48 hours sinse last bath.

If you think the epson salt baths are helping just carry on with the salt baths instead.
