Dropsy? Constipation? Running Out Of Ideas!

Oh sorry, its not that his spine is bent. His spine is fine. Its just he lays down on the sand or plants and flops over, like a person one that flops down on the edge of a bed or something. But even regardless of that, it does seem an awfully lot like fish tb Thing is (bad me, i know) i dont have a hospital tank I mean, i have a 2.5 but its not cycled. Is that ok?

When they flop to the side yes its still bacterial, and once they show this behavour they don't usually make it, sorry.
