I have two pieces of drift wood brought from lfs and I used them in the frog tank but I no longer need them. They have dried out and have a little bit of green algae on them. Is it safe to use in my fish tank?

I would give it a few soaks in dechlorinated water. Maybe presure wash it if possible. You COULD also boil it but it can wear down the wood faster. But it definitely sanitized the wood.

Yes, just hose it off and put it in the tank.
