I recently bought a senegal bichir, and this guy is absolutely the coolest fish I've ever owned. I now have my heart set on getting a congo bichir one day when I have the space to house one. What fish would you have if you could have any fish in the world/ what fish do you have that you couldn't live without?

If I could have any fish, huh? Well there's quite a few that I want, but I've been really into Arowanas lately. I think they are just stunning fish.

And a fish I do have that I couldn't live without? My Clown Loaches. Hands down, these guys provide me with the most entertainment of any of my fish. I love my Clowns.

I agree with the clown loaches being the fish I couldn't live without.

As for my dream fish, at the moment it is the Triple Red Cockatoo Dwarf Cichild. I am in love

I've never had clown loaches (I kinda like my snails,) but I have to agree about the arowanas. Gorgeous fish.

Cody do you really have 2 bala sharks in a 10 gallon? You do realize that they would get to 15" if you kept them in a tank of proper size and that they need 75 gallons to live to their full potential? I'm not sure about keeping the bichir in a 10 gallon either, aren't they quite big as well?

Anyway if I could have any fish it would be a clown knife. Fish I can't live without: my discus.

jeez does y everyone keep tellin me about this i kno that, there just lil 1 1/2" rite now, wen my 55g gets set up im movin them there, then wen i get a bigger tank in the future, hopefully in there

I would kill to have SHAM MO in my aquarium although I don’t think she'd fit.

Silly whales oceans are for sissies but the 50 gallon is where the funs at :D

If i had a tank big enough, id love a Red tail Catfish Phractocephalus hemioliopterus along with a black arowana of course ;)

I love to keep a Carcharodon carcharias but this would never happen
unless i purchased an ocean.
For a fish that I can keep top of my wish list at the moment is
Devario regina (Queen Danio).

I'm with Sorrell, Betta macrostoma can't be beat. I'd also like some discus, even though that's not exciting to a lot of you. And clown loaches, I have to have some of those someday.

I couldn't live without my bettas, or my croaking gouramis.

Red Tailed Catfish are awesome I'd love one of those.... Realistically I wouldnt want to keep a "proper" shark in an aquarium as I believe they need alot more swimming space, so unless you own a huge tank like in the London Aquarium this just wouldnt be possible..

I would actually prefer Dolphins to Sharks, they are so intelligent i'd love to study them experimenting with conditioning.

Ben

My ultimate "wish fish" would probably be a tiger shovelnose. Never going to happen though as I'd need a seriously huge tank.
The fish I couldn't live without are all my botias......not just the clown loaches. :D
