So my Dragon Goby is doing awesome, he just fed actually. I'm hoping to have a nice, big 40 gallon Brackish tank set up within the next two months for him, which I'm sure he'll be very happy in.

My mother in law, enjoyed him so much she bought herself one, also. He's doing great! Much more active than mine from the getgo, actually. Question is, hers appears to have these 'horns' or 'feelers' thingies on its head. I initially thought they must be some kind of external parasite, given mine doesn't have them. Closer inspection though and observing its behavior leads me to believe they're actually just growths of some sort. Do some gobies have these? If so, what are they?

Any information would be great!

No clue what your refering to. Need pics. Most gobies dont have any unusual sensory organs. Blennies do. Seriously pics would be nice.

Kay, I'll try to get some. It's not my Goby though, as I've said, so it may take a bit. But I'll try and snag some over the weekend~! Thank you for replying, keep watching for pics!

weird... I'm betting on a parasite, but I've never (in my admittedly limited experience) have heard of such a thing... A couple of more things that might help is water parameters, salinity, and any strangeness with its tankmates. :good:
