Dosing Methods

Other than EI, what other dosing methods are there for a high tech planted tank? I would prefer to use the line of seachem liquid ferts.

Could I possible just do something like Seachem Flourish twice a week as long as I use co2?

There is also the ADA range of dosing things, never used them myself but they are supposed to be very good and easy to follow. Check out aquaessentials.co.uk for mo info.
