Dosing Geltek

One of my Gouramis has what looks like a pimple on one side of his body( back bottom near tail). On the exact opposite side he has what looked like a pimple that ruptured. I don't see any worms or parasites but to be on the safe side i bought some GelTek Bacteria and GelTek Antiparasite.

The directions only tell you how to add it to the water, 5 drops per fish. I was under the assumption that its better to let it soak into their favorite food and have them eat it. So how much should I add to the food? I'm going to treat the entire tank just to be on the safe side. 10 fish would be 50 drops. I don't feed enough to soak up 50 drops worth of liquid, I hope.
Should I just put the equivalent of 50 drops into a bowl add the food and let it soak as much as possible and then drop the remaining into the tank with the food?

Gouramis are very prone to bacterial infections, need to keep the water quality in tip top condition all the time, sounds bacterial the pimples, do the pimples have a red spot in the middle or a circling of red around the outside.
I would issolate the fish if you can, and just do some water changes on the main tank.
Just add the drops to the water, as if the fish isn't eating no good adding it to the food.

The Gourami is acting normal. Very active eating well swimming around etc.

The water is as close to pristine as it can get with live plants.

The wound appears to be red in the middle circled by white on the outside. He is eating just as much as normal as i said earlier so I still think soaking the food is the best action.

edit: I would also like to add I do 50% pwc EVERY Saturday.

Okay so I'll just take the equivalent and put it in a bowl, let the food soak as much as possible and then dump the entire contents into the tank.

I would think so, never used the med, just follow the instructions carefully, good luck, does it mention anything about adding an airstone for 02.

No it doesn't mention it but I have a powerhead with a venturi valve I use if/when I need to add aeration.
