Dosage?

I was given some Safe Guard Equine De-wormer for my fish from a local guy today. It's a paste, and it's 10% fenbendazole. But, I can;t find the dosage anywhere. I need to put it in the water, not the food. The guy told me major guppy breeders put it in the tanks water. But he can't remember the dosage. Does anyone know the dosage?
