I was wondering if black skirt tetras and neon blue dwarf gouramis generally get along. My friend has this combo right now and the fish hate each other, but when I had a BST and a neon blue dwarf gourami in my tank about a year ago, they got along. So, I was just wondering if they are "supposed" to get along?

Black skirts should be kept in groups of 6+, otherwise they will nip the fins of your dwarf gourami.
