Does This Sound Like White Spots?

bought a junvenile tiger oscar for a 65gallon thank. It has 3 white spots on it's left fins on the day of purchase. I did not take much notice of it at the time.

4 and 1/2 weeks later i read a article online about ICH, wondered if my oscar has ICH?
The 3 whitespots on it's left fins still remain the same and i can't find any whitespots anywhere else.
so does this sound like ICH?

If they haven't spread, I'd say it was unlikely.

Do they look like spots of white, or do they look like little grains of sand / salt?

They are 3 white spots on the left fin of my oscar, the size of a grain of salt.
The fish looks healthy, grow X2 in 4 and half weeks.
