Does My Frontosa Have Ich?

Hi there, i noticed this morning a small white dot (size of a grain of salt) on my frontosa's fin. This may explain why he has appeared to be "twitching." I think he might have ich but i do not want to do anything until i know for sure. The water has been tested, everything appears to be normal. what do i do? He is in the tank with a gold tiger datnoid and an archer fish, the datnoid and archer fish appear to be fine..i dont see any white specs on them but i am worried that my water might be contaminated. do i need to remove the fish and do a complete water change? please help! i also have a 10gal, i dont know if i should just remove my front and put him in the 10gal and begin the ich treatment?

I tried taking a few pictures but he kept moving he is afraid of the red light that turns on when i take the picture which i unfortunately cannot disbale, I will try and cover the red light and take some more tonight.
