Does My Angelfish Have Ick?

There is very little white spots on the lower tailfin of my angel fish. Does she have ick? There about 12 tiny white spots on the tail area.

Does it look like that?

no. There is only a little bit of white dots on its tail area. No white dots on the body. I have seen these white dots for about 2 and a half weeks already. There is not abnormal behavior.

is he losing he's couler and also do the white spots appear to be moving?
If so it may be Anchor worm
