Does Anyone Know What's Wrong With My Fish Please

I have one swordtail and two panchax who seem to have a coating of silver/green on them, then it seems to flake. They otherwise appear absolutely healthy and all other tank mates seem fine.

Any ideas???

the silver/green; would you say it looks like an algea?
let me rephrase that
if this coating wasn't on a fish would you say itr was an algea?
