Does Anyone Know What This Mark Is

I have a baby guppy about 2 weeks od, it has a small round red mark on its head just above its left eye.
He?She seems ok and happy bu I wondered what the redish pink mark could be? Is it anything to be concerned about.

Its bacterial i'm afraid, any white around the edges of the red, i have the same problem with one of my fish, but ii'm treating it and its getting better.
Stats would be good in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
