Frustratingly seem to be stuck again, going to do another 100% waterchange and change media into a larger filter (Eheim 2215 rather than 2213) as I have one available. My patience is not inexhaustable!
Well, it's been a mighty long time. So long in fact that I gave up keeping this log up to date, although I was religiously dosing the ammonia every morning and testing every evening (when I remembered!).
Anyway I tested the tank just over a week ago and it showed a clear result after around 10 hours. SInce then it's been clear every day so this weekend I'm finally going to get some fish...
