Do Khuli Loach Eat Snails?

i used to have quite a few Milaysian trumpet snails in my tank, i didnt mind them and they seemed to just clean so i thought why not. a few weeks ago i introduced three Khulis and now my snail population has dropped dramatically, do they eat them?

didnt think they did to be honest.

You sure the snails aren't just hiding amongst the gravel?

I rarely see my mts, but occassionally I will see a few babies when I turn the lights on in the morning.. so I know they're still going strong.

I wouldn't think khulis would eat mts.. but who knows.

thats exactly what i though Vancouver but i just wanted to see if anyone had caught one in the act before.

It might be possible.. I could see large khulis eating baby mts.. but I don't know about large mts..

I don't mind the Bruins.. they need a new GM though.. they have been out of the playoffs for too long.

true, for a team thats had so much success were really out of it now, not so bad for me though seems Boston are my second team to the Nottingham Panthers.

my kuhliis leave my adult snails alone, but will eat the baby pest snail, not sure about the mts, their shells tend to be harder.
