hi.
i bort a new, fancy female guppy 3 days ago. the day after i got her, i noticed she was swimming strangly (like wobbling) and half the colour in her tail had gone
and today she was dead when i got back from school..
thing is, all the other fish in my tank atm are fine, no worries.
however, ive had a fancy male die before aswell, and i couldnt find a reason.
i read sumwhere that guppies like a higher ph ? more like 7.5 maybe even 8 ?
i got in my tank :
10 neons
male tangerine molly
female tangerine molly ( not sure if there breeding, havent had fry from them in about 6 weeks)
2 3month old female mollies
1 6 week old molly (think female)
female guppy ( not fancy i dont think.. although its colours are nice)
and about 40 guppy fry, about 20 are 5 weeks and 20 are like 3 days old.
what should i do? thing is i wanan get my guppy a friend, not necessarily a mate, but everytime i get a nice fish it dies on me and i wanan get ncie fish.. obviously
what do you think ? would apreciate experienced replies, thnx
