my 400 litre has 45kg of lr and a v2 400 skimmer a massive uv on it a tunze 6100 a seio m2600 both massively powerful can move lr and two small powerheads

do i need a external and my stocking is in my profile page

you don't NEED your external, but it could be useful to house LR rubble, phosban, carbon etc in it.
