any help would be great cheers

All the plants in your setup are very hardy and will survive in low light, low nutrition conditions.
But if you want your plants to have improved growth and to add more plants then CO2 would be a good
option.
In your situation a DIY CO2 Unit may be suitable.

cheers for that do you have a link to the DIY CO2 page i was looking for it but could not see it ( im a thick git lol )

The 'need' or otherwise for CO2 depends on the lighting you have and to a certain extent the plants you have. Those plants you list are undemanding, as mlawson says, so unless you have ridiculous amounts of light over the tank then I wouldn't think CO2 is necessary. Those plants are also fairly slow growing as well so even if you did add CO2 you'd probably not notice much of an inprovement in growth.
