Do I Need A Co2 Machine For Cabomba?

I had a mixture of plants

i have a 3ft tank

i have a 25w light

i have a co2 red sea c02 turbo bio system thing

im getting rid of all my plants except the cabomba as it is the only one that stays looking nice and seems to stick in my sand easily without being pulled up by my axolotls and huge plec.

do i need my co2 machine just for cabomba as i might sell it if not

It won't do any harm, I notice (in my 1wpg tank) that the cabomba I have that is in the flow path of the CO2 grows much thicker and lush even though it is further from the light than the other area of cabomba I have.
