Hi all,

As you see my setup is a Rio 125l tank with 12 fish comprising of tetras, guppies and mollies. Water movement is excellent as well as the levels, as I check them every 2weeks.

I am thinking of buying up to a combination of 6-7 crypts, java fern, java moss, anubius. Are these okay?

Algae as always is a problem and I understand that natural plants can help

So do I need a Co2 kit (thinking of a DIY one).

Any help and advice will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks

these plants don't need CO2, i have all these in mine without CO2, just good lighting 8/9 hours a day and fertalisers everyweek and mine do OK. Have you thought about Christmas moss rather than Java moss? I started to find java moss all over the place after a while (growing in the filter inlets) I found the Christmas moss a lot better for some reason.
