Do I Change Hospital Tank Water?

I took my angel fish out for treament in a 18 liter hospital tank.
I bought a small external filter and used the old floss from my main tank for filtration.

The fish appear well and eater except there are still some fugus growth on its mouth and the tip of the fin shows minor rotting.

I dosed anti-biotic in the hospital tank.

My question is, should I have to change water often and redose the tank, to improve the water quality?

Most meds would tell you that on the instructions....
Have you checked? (not being rude)
What is it you are treating the angel with?

Agree...most meds will tell you whether or not water changes are necessary, however, I think a weekly or change of 10%..or even twice ..is helpful. Are you using aquarium salt? SH
