Just don't give them too much beer and they should be fine.

Seriously, I've never heard of such a think although as wilder said, they will spit stuff back out that may have been chewed on or look mangled.

Any reason why I ask? Just looked like my young molly vomited some gumf up. I don't think he is very well. Compared to his brother/sister he is alot smaller and thinner and paler.

Much like us, every once in a while fish will do things that are out of the ordinary. Scratch, Yawn, I'm pretty sure I've seen my gourami hiccup, and that includes vomit. Something probably just got stuck or otherwise didn't agree with the fish.

The big question is whether this is a one time thing, or a constant thing. If it happens all the time, then something is clearly wrong.

I once watched my Lungfish blow chunks. It must've been a few days after his last batch of goldfish (means well processed and nothing identifiable eye balls, head, tail, etc).
