My red and black platy has stopped having fry when its been having loads every month or so,

also she seems to be a bit raggy like her scales arnt like what they used to be.

Theres nothing wrong with the water, and she just seems to be looking old, but i only got her about 6 months ago.

Livebearers will become infertile with age, at what age, I am not certain. I don't think that this would be the case with a fish that you only got about 6 months ago as breeders typically sell their stock at a fairly young age (increased turnover). Can you get a pic of the fish? Are you sure that you have males in the tank? Platies can store sperm for up to 6 months so it's possible that she has exhausted her sperm supply and with no males in the tank, is unable to get pregnant again.
