Sounds like Pop Eye. IDK if its a fatal but you should be able to by medication for things like that at ur local petco or petsmart. Did u transfer water form the other tank to the one with ur barb in it? Chances are if you did something else like a parasite got in the tank, that you didn't know that was in the tank with the tetras.

no water got put in
is pop eye contagus i dont want my others to get it

Pop-eye is normally associated with 2 things; Poor water conditions and/or bacterial infection.

Either way (if one or both of these are indeed applicable) all of your fish are at risk, then again this has numerous factors affecting it, the health of individual fish being a prime example, so is not to say all fish will be affected.
If possible and as always isolate the affected fish, you could do with checking your water stats asap (i assume from the op you don't have a test-kit) and increasing the volume/number of your water changes.
It may also be wise to invest in a broad spectrum antibacterial medication and treat with this.

Need to get your water stats done.
Also when a fish swims in a fast circling movement and being upside down are signs of a fish dying, sorry.

i started to use melafix and he is starting to get better i will check stats tonight

Ok good luck but he's not out of the woods yet, as they can do that behavour for quite a long time.

i have no ammonia no nitrite or nitrate
the barb did die
all the other fish Are fine and ill keep a very close eye on them

Sorry bless him R.I.P.
