Diy Yeast Based Co2 Amounts?

hi, im making a diy yeast system for my 17g tank... i was wondering do i alter the amount of yeast/sugar used in acordance to the tank size? or is it just a standard amount? how much should i use?

it is a standard amount for a 2L bottle

2 cups of sugar (220ml per cup)
1-2tsp yeast (5ml per standard tsp/ 6g)
3/4 water (1.5l water)
