Ok, I am thinking on making my own DIY spray bar and intake.

I have found these pipes at work:

They are just shy of 5ft long, and have end caps on. Internal diameter of 15ml, external 19ml.

I was thinking of getting these connectors, to make an elbow at the start of the spray bar:

Then connecting the externals hose directly over the top of the bit after the elbow? The pipe has an external diameter of 19ml, and the hose an internal of 16, so should be a nice tight fit.

Only thing I can't figure out is some method of taking the hose up and over the tank edge, as I'm keen for all connections to be inside the tank, incase it all leaks!

Thoughts?

Hi
Best if you can find a u bend that will fit over the rim.
If you go to the ukaps site there are a few members who had a go at doing clear acrylic in and out flow pipes.
Cheers

These may be a option depends how thick the glass is?
