Hi i have found some old crt tvs in a friends loft, they look retro and very cool! i want to make a fish tank tv, i have found glass thickness calculators and a few wiki how websites but no one talks about how you get the tank (flat) to properly fit the screen (curved) i presume the others have just put a square peg in the round hole and felt happy with that but id like to make the tank round or fit properly, any ideas??? many thanks!!

Maybe custom shaped perspex, or acrylic would do the job?

I believe most simply slot a standard tank into the empty TV and leave the screen glass in (or make it removeable for cleaning/remove it altogether)

There was one posted on one of the facebook sites the other day.
It looked cool.
Not sure how he made it though.
